1. Introduction
Welcome to BMWClub — an online gaming and sports betting platform operated at bmwclub.best, designed specifically for Filipino players. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bmwclub and every person who creates an account or uses any part of the platform.
By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet at bmwclub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bmwclub platform.
These Terms apply alongside any game-specific rules, promotion terms, and the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this website. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.
These Terms are written in English in accordance with bmwclub's en-PH platform language. All amounts referenced are in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
To register and play at bmwclub, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 21 years of age. BMWClub strictly prohibits gaming by minors.
- You are physically located in and a resident of the Philippines at the time of registration and play.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when creating your account.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary suspension from bmwclub or any affiliated platform.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bmwclub employee in a role with access to platform operations.
- Online gaming is not prohibited by any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
BMWClub reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended until the verification is resolved. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be forfeited if the player is found to be underage.
Registering under a false identity, false age, or on behalf of another person are all grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds held at bmwclub.

3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at bmwclub. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your real name or alternate identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, bmwclub reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or settled bets, bonuses, and withdrawals.
3.2 Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. This information is used for account verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes. BMWClub may request supporting documents to verify the details you provide.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
BMWClub may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Accepted verification documents include government-issued IDs (Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence), and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.
3.4 Account Currency
All bmwclub accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Transactions in other currencies are not supported. This ensures consistent and transparent transaction processing for all Filipino players on the platform.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
BMWClub accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and direct online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards are also accepted subject to bank approval.
The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no platform-side deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. GCash and Maya deposits reflect in your bmwclub balance instantly under normal conditions.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
BMWClub does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. Withdrawals may be subject to a compliance review before processing, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals. This is a standard KYC/AML procedure and does not indicate any wrongdoing on the player's part.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits
Withdrawal limits may apply based on account tier, verification status, and payment method. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher withdrawal limits. Specific limits are communicated within the account dashboard.
4.4 Refused Transactions
BMWClub reserves the right to refuse or reverse a transaction if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and required to provide documentation before the transaction is reconsidered.
All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those from friends or family — are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses and promotional offers at bmwclub are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions (where applicable), eligible games, and validity periods. These terms are published on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming any offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10× wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means ₱5,000 in qualifying bets must be completed before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering progress is visible in your account dashboard.
5.3 Welcome Bonus
The bmwclub welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Each eligible player may claim the welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through new account creation constitute a breach of these Terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
BMWClub actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets that cancel each other out to meet wagering requirements, systematically claiming bonuses with minimal genuine play, and coordinating with other accounts to exploit offers. Detected bonus abuse results in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.5 Promotion Validity
Each promotion has a stated validity period. Unclaimed or partially-met bonuses that expire after the validity period are forfeited. BMWClub is not obligated to extend promotion validity periods except at its sole discretion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
BMWClub reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference in your bet history. Bets placed on markets that were displayed in error (including pricing errors) may be voided.
6.2 Bet Settlement
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event or game as determined by the governing body, organiser, or game provider. For esports, this includes results published by tournament operators such as MPL PH, BLAST, or ESL. For live casino games including Color Game, results are determined by the live dealer outcome as recorded.
6.3 Postponed and Cancelled Events
If a sporting event or esports match is postponed and rescheduled within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will remain valid. If an event is cancelled outright or postponed beyond 24 hours without rescheduling, all stakes are refunded to the player's bmwclub balance.
6.4 Dispute Resolution
If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes can be submitted via the bmwclub support team. BMWClub will review the dispute and respond within 5 business days. The platform's decision on bet settlement disputes is final once all available evidence has been reviewed.
6.5 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical failure or connectivity issue during a game or bet placement, bmwclub will make every reasonable effort to honour confirmed bets. Bets that were not confirmed at the time of the technical issue will be voided. BMWClub is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
7. Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmwclub login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. BMWClub will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone call.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bmwclub support immediately at support@bmwclub.best. We will take appropriate steps to secure the account pending investigation. BMWClub cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials or failing to keep them secure.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds a second layer of protection that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
8. Fraud & Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited at bmwclub and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification
- Using another person's identity, payment method, or account
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, software exploits, or other means
- Money laundering or using the platform to conduct or conceal illegal financial transactions
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or exploit platform features
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the bmwclub platform
- Placing bets with knowledge of a compromised or fixed event outcome (match-fixing)
- Systematically exploiting pricing or odds errors
BMWClub cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Player data may be shared with authorities as required by law.
9. Responsible Gaming
BMWClub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximums on how much you can deposit
- Session time reminders — receive alerts when you've been playing for a set duration
- Cool-off periods — temporarily restrict access to your account for a set period

10. Account Closure
10.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your bmwclub account at any time by contacting our support team at support@bmwclub.best. Any positive real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.2 BMWClub-Initiated Closure
BMWClub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, funds may be withheld pending investigation. Players whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons (e.g., responsible gaming self-exclusion) retain the right to withdraw their real-money balance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bmwclub and its operators, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain credential security
- Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bmwclub's reasonable control
- Losses arising from events or results that a player claims were incorrectly priced or displayed, where bmwclub has followed its standard settlement procedures
Nothing in these Terms limits bmwclub's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12. Changes to These Terms
BMWClub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, bmwclub will notify registered players via email to the address on file with your account. It is your responsibility to keep your email address up to date in your account settings.
